For the foreseeable future, postage to anywhere in the world is FREE!! for 1st class post, signed for & Special delivery is at cost. Please see checkout for signed for services for overseas

'India Cuts' Are semi precious stones that are cut and polished in India by hand. This means that the size & shape can vary. If you are looking for a more random / rustic look in your designs then this is the type for you

'China Cuts' Are semi precious stones that are cut and polished in China by Machine. This means that the size & shape are as good as you can get. If you are looking for perfect symmetry in your designs then this is the type for you.
- Are The Beads Drilled Ready For Threading?
Yes, all our beads are through drilled ready for you to thread
- Can I visit your shop?
Sorry, we only sell via mail order.
- Can My Order Be Sent 'Special Delivery'?
Certainly can, but you would be asked to pay the 'Special Delivery' costs.
- What Can I Do If I Don't Like The Beads?
No problem at all, just send them back to us within 1 week in the condition they were sent and we will either give a full refund or replace the items you don't want.
- I Want To Pay For My Order With My Credit Card, But Don't Want To Create An Account With Paypal. Can I Do This?
Yes you can. If you live in the UK you can now pay with a Credit Card without opening an account with NOCHEX. PayPal also no longer require you to open an account with them.
- What Does NCS, NCB & ICF Mean?
This is for our reference only, it just lets us know who supplied us with that specific bead.
- How Long Will It Take To Ship My Order To The USA?
Under normal circumstances, it should take 5-8 days. But on the odd occasion I have seen it take 10 days.
- I'm A Bit Concerned About Losing My Parcel In The Post, Is It Insured?
All our parcels are posted with a COP (Certificate Of Posting) which automatically covers up to £36.00p. For more expensive orders, There are options at the checkout to select you preferred insured post
- Do you have a low order fee?
Yes we do, all orders that are £10.00 and below have a £1.00p fee attached to them
