Ideas Unlimited’s Customer Discount Scheme
We know that our prices are really low – you keep telling us so! Well, to reward you for being loyal customers, we are going to introduce a new scheme which will reward you with different levels of discount according to how much you have spent on the website during the previous three months. We have been asked about wholesale or trade prices for bulk orders, but due to our already low prices, we have not been able to consider this as an option. As an alternative we have decided to offer a Customer Loyalty Discount Scheme so that all our customers can benefit as soon as certain levels of sales have been met.
The discount levels are as follows:

Maybe the total will sound like a lot to some of you, but if it is split up into an amount per week or month – the lowest level works out to just £4.17p a week as an average over the 3 months.
Your discount is calculated (by the software!) by adding all the orders you have placed on the website during the past 3 months and working out how much discount you are entitled to e.g. Orders submitted on 10th December will have discounts based on purchases made from 10th September onto the current order day.
Also, please note that only orders that are paid for & dispatched will be included in the total available towards the discount level. If any order, after discount, falls below the low order level of £10, then the £1 low order fee will still be added on to your total.
Sorry, nothing ordered by phone or by separate email can be included in the total as the software won’t know about it.
Once logged in you can see your current discount level in the 'My Account Info' Box in the right hand column from there you can click on 'General Information' which also gives a table of discounts available, you can also go to Checkout and see what is available to. You will be able to view your order total for the current discount period here as well. If no discount is available, it will display a zero. Just cancel out from Checkout to return to the Website and carry on shopping!!
Please note that the order you place today will not be added in to count for discount until the next time you order! .
