Please make sure that you click on CONFIRM ORDER after paying for your order
There seems to be a slight problem with completion of orders.
AFTER you have been returned to our site from PayPal or Nochex, you need to click on the Confirm Order button at the bottom of the page, this will mean having to scroll down the page if you have ordered several products. This completes the process and sends us an email to let us know what you want.
If this is not done, the payment comes through but not the order!
The order can be 'rescued', but this makes it look as if it is to be paid for by cheque/postal order, which can be confusing!
